At Del Valle Law Firm, P.C., we do not pass through overhead charges. Unlike most other firms, our clients do not pay for long-distance telephone calls, internal copying charges, local travel, postage, internal facsimile costs, or even the significant charges associated with our use of most legal research data bases. We think those charges are properly a part of our overhead, and not an opportunity to profit from “mark-ups” or a way to pass overhead inefficiencies through to our clients. We provide these items free of charge to our clients.
