TERESA JONES DEL VALLE (Attorney - Founding Shareholder) has been licensed to practice law in the State of Texas since 1993. She is admitted to practice law in the United States District Courts of the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas. Teresa Del Valle has been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, since 2005. Teresa Del Valle is the founder and sole shareholder of the Del Valle Law Firm, P.C. Before forming the firm in 2002, Teresa Del Valle was an associate attorney at other Houston litigation law firms for about nine (9) years where she received extensive experience and training. Teresa Del Valle has successfully tried lawsuits to jury verdict, has represented clients in appellate matters, has assisted individuals in the formation of new business entities, and has represented individuals, insurance companies, physicians, and businesses in a wide variety of legal matters.

Teresa Del Valle is a member of the American Bar Association (1993-present), the Houston Bar Association (1993-present), the State Bar of Texas. She served as Vice President (1998-1999) and Secretary (1997-1998) of the Texas Young Lawyers Association and served on the Board of Directors of the Texas Young Lawyers Association (1995-1999) and Houston Young Lawyers Association (1994-1995).

Teresa Del Valle obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Arizona State University (1988) and obtained her law degree from the University of Houston (1993). She has an AV-Rating [Highest Rating] from Martindale-Hubbell which she has maintained for many years, is listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers which she has maintained for several years, and is listed in Marquis Who's Who in American Law where she has appeared for many years. Teresa Del Valle is an approved ADR provider for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and regularly receives appointments by Harris County District Courts and Harris County Civil Courts at Law to serve as mediator in pending litigation. Teresa Del Valle has been listed as an A.M. Best Recommended Insurance Attorney from 2002 through 2011. She was honored by H Texas Magazine as one of Houston's Top Lawyers for the People for 2008 and 2009, and was honored by H Texas Magazine as one of Houston's Top Lawyers in 2008. Teresa J. Del Valle is a parishioner at St. Anne Catholic School. She has served as a member of the St. Anne Catholic School Board from 2009 – 2012. She currently serves as President of the St. Anne Catholic School Board for the 2011-2012 academic year. Teresa Del Valle is a co-leader and treasurer of a local Girl Scout troop (2008-present).
